About Matt Norrman
Born in New England with a home on the bay, Matt Norrman spent most of his childhood on the water with his family. At just 11 years old, he earned his boater’s license, allowing him to operate a boat on his own and what started as “most days” on the water quickly turned into nearly every day.
Just before his 14th birthday, his family relocated to Richmond Hill, Georgia. With a private dock in their backyard, not much changed—except there were a lot more sandbars to explore and learn.
A few years later, Matt met his wife, and they’ve now been together for over 20 years. At 24, they opened a powersports shop, and a few years after that, they launched a limousine business. Still, no matter where life took him, the saltwater always called him back.
For the past 15 seasons, Matt has captained commercial vessels and holds a 100-Ton Master Captain’s License. What began as brokering boats as a hobby quickly grew into a true passion. Now, more than a decade later, he has helped hundreds of happy clients buy and sell quality boats.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Matt spending time with his wife and daughter—traveling for softball tournaments, working on their Harleys and hot rods in their shop, or exploring new places around the world and making memories together. He loves talking about life, family, experiences—and of course, toys.
For Matt, there’s nothing better than finding the perfect boat that needs a new home, creating a standout listing, guiding buyers through financing and shipping when needed, and ultimately hearing the excitement and positive feedback from clients and their families.
